Conference Package:

Conference registration includes the two-day conference programme, Monday night accommodation with breakfast, conference Gala dinner, and refreshments throughout both days.  Parking is NOT included.  

Gala Dinner Dress Code : Dress Smart.

Additional accommodation can be booked directly with the hotel.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BOOK ADDITIONAL ACCOMODATION FOR THE NIGHT OF MONDAY 27th JANUARY, THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE CONFERENCE BOOKING.

Terms & Conditions

Conference booking can be ordered and paid for with Debit or Credit Card via UK-AFI website. UK-AFI members need to log in to the member's area of the UK-AFI website to secure the member's rate. Members from our Partner Chapters should contact [email protected] to request a PayNow invoice. Corporate booking for individual or multiple delegate spaces can request an invoice from [email protected]. All corporate booking requests for invoices need to be submitted before 1st November 2024, thereafter payment will be via PayNow.
