Reasons for recall:
Redring Electric Limited has identified circumstances where product liability coupled with shortcomings in installation could give rise to reduced safety.
Extent of problem:
6000 units have been produced with a field population of approximately 5000.
Acton:
All wholesale/Distributor outlets which have purchased the product have been told to return all unsold stock for replacement.
As far as possible, all installed units will be identified and replaced by the Company's associated service organisation.
