Our stringent quality control has indicated that a small number of Homeguard L420/L421 twin spot detectors may have a poor earth wire contact. If you have purchased either model in the past 12 months via mail order, from major DIY stores or any other electrical outlet please electrically isolate the unit immediately and call our hotline for further advise between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
