Our Quality Assurance programme has shown that a safety modification needs to be made on some of this model, to prevent he possible overheating of a wire connection.
This model was only sold through Electricity Board showrooms. The majority of owners should have already been contacted by Hoover from purchase details. If you have a machine with the name “HOOVER Logic 800 De Luxe E” on the front and you have not been contacted yet, please check the model number and serial number on the lower rear panel of the machine. The srial numbers of the machines requiring modification are:
