A suspected manufacturing fault has been identified in relation to the Minato FH02 Electric Fan Heaters (sold exclusively in Superdrug stores between December 2002 and February 2003).
As a result of this, and as a precautionary measure, all Superdrug customers are asked to stop using the heaters immediately and to return them to their nearest Superdrug store for a full refund.
