Description of Recall

Cordless Trimmer Chargers

Flymo have identified a potential fault with the chargers supplied with the above products which may result in the outer cover of the charger becoming detached, exposing the internal live parts. As a result Flymo are recalling the affected chargers.

If you own one of the above products then please switch off at the mains supply immediately and remove the charger from the socket taking care not to touch any of the internal parts.

Contact the Flymo customer help line freephone 0800 0237232 between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

(Please have your product number and serial number available if possible when you call - which can be found on the rating label on the trimmer).

This does not affect the trimmers themselves and no other Flymo models are affected.

A replacement charger will be despatched to you as soon as possible along with details of how to dispose of the old Charger.
