Routine safely testing has identified there is a small chance that if the router is dropped the plastic cast may crack leading to the risk that live parts may be exposed, possibly resulting in an electric shock.
Please STOP using your Homebase PBX1500RT Router immediately.
As a precautionary measure, we are recalling all Homebase PBX1500RT Routers sold from April 2004.
Any customers who have purchased a Homebase PBX1500RT Router should return it to their local Homebase store as soon as possible where a full refund will be given.
No other Homebase Routers are affected by this announcement. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your co-operation.
