It has become apparent through our quality checks that a potential safety problem may exist with the Zona Jug Kettle, which will only have been purchased from Allders Department Stores in the last 12 weeks.
Please take the following action:
1. Switch off and unplug.
2. Return to your local Allders store for a full refund.
