Batch number: SH-01-2004
It has been brought to our attention that there may be a safety hazard with the Quickheat Halogen heater batch number SH-01-2004 (this number is located on the back of the unit on a label), which has been on sale in Safeway stores and other retail outlets since December 2003.
If you have purchased this heater stop using it immediately and return it to your nearest Safeway store for a full refund.
