A small number of cases alerted us to the possibility of damage to the plug-in diffuser unit.
Whilst the product fully meets safety standards, if the product is misused and the plastic casing is damaged, there may be a risk to consumer safety from exposed electrical components.
As a precautionary measure we are asking customers with these units in their home, (especially homes with children), to return them to the address below, to receive a free replacement and refund of postage and packing. Customers should remove and dispose of the glass container before posting.
