INPORTANT INFORMATION FOR MEDIX NEBULISER USERS

POSSIBLE ELECTRICAL LEAD FAULT

If you own a Medix nebuliser, manufactured between 1989 and 1991, with the following serial numbers you are asked to contact Medix;

World Traveller 000001 to 005357
AC2000 500001 to 517618
Traveller 2000 700001 to 710042
Serial numbers located on inner label.

Some electrical leads supplied to Medix during this period for inclusion in the above nebuliser models have recently been shown, on very rare occasions, to develop a fault. Medix are taking the precaution of asking customers with universal electrical leads, supplied with the nebulisers specified above, to contact our office for a free replacement lead.

Please telephone Denise Leigh, Customer Services Coordinator, on 01788 860366 (between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., weekdays), stating the model name and serial number, your name and address. A replacement lead will be immediately dispatched together with a reply paid envelope for return of your existing lead.

NEBULISERS SHOULD NOT BE RETURNED.

Medix are keen to reassure owners of other models and serial numbers that this precaution does not apply to leads supplied with their nebulisers. Medix appreciates the assistance of customers in this precautionary action.
