IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

Duraplug is a name synonymous with quality and is the most respected brand of its type for use in rugged environments.

However, as a result of our constant vigilance we have become aware that certain versions of our Twin Trailing socket, illustrated below and sold since May 1994, could prove hazardous if misused. The particular product is packed and sold under a variety of different brand names. They may also have been sold already fitted with a plug and lead. However, all have the name Duraplug on the front of the product.

If you believe you have one of these products and you have purchased it since 1st May 1994, you should undertake the following simple procedure:

1. Unplug the product from the mains supply.

2. Refer to the illustration to confirm that you have a Duraplug product.

3. If your product matches the illustration you should not use it, but return it to us at the address below, together with the completed coupon. If you purchased the product fitted with a plug and lead please return the entire assembly.

We will then rectify the problem and return the product to you. If you are in any doubt you should contact our special Freephone Telephone Number 0800 212 472.

Please fill in this coupon (not reproduced) and pack it with the product so that we will have the correct address to which it should be returned.
