They are activating an extensive consumer outreach and service action plan in order to provide consumers with products that are updated to higher safety and quality standards. They will arrange a visit from an engineer, free of charge, to modify your appliance. The service call will take approximately one hour. Additional info:
Consumer interest group Which? reported on 1 December 2015 that if your tumble dryer has a green dot sticker on the inside of the door at the top, either on the door or the door rim itself. If you can't see a green dot in these two spots, check the back of the machine in the middle and towards the top.

If your dryer has a green dot sticker positioned in these locations, the manufacturer tells us that your machine is not part of the safety alert.
