GSX Plus GSX Deluxe

As a result of routine product testing and quality processes, Gainsborough Showers have identified a potential fault in the following electric showers purchased before 13th January 2014:

Gainsborough GSX Plus
Gainsborough GSX Deluxe

The fault manifests itself sporadically within extreme conditions, such as where there is exceptionally high water pressure and may put the user at risk. Typically a leak from the base of the showering unit will be noticed.

If you bought your GSX Plus or Deluxe shower after 13th January 2014, we would like reassure you. The fault detailed above has been corrected and there is no need to worry.

We are a responsible manufacturer and the safety and comfort of our customers is paramount. Accordingly, we have therefore decided to recall all of the electric showers that might be affected.
