Goodmans TV Model 206NS
Comet have detected a fault in a small number of Goodmans TVs sold exclusively through Comet stores. To check if your TV is one of these, look for the serial number printed above the barcode on a white label on the bottom right of the back of your TV (near the mains lead).
If it matches one of those listed below, simply call the service helpline on 0845 609 6099, and we will arrange for an engineer to visit your home at a convenient time and make the necessary adjustments.
You can continue to use your TV while waiting for the engineer, but suggest you switch it off when you are out of the room. And if you have noticed significant deterioration of picture quality, we strongly recommend you not use it at all until the engineer has made the necessary checks.
