Owners of Rawplug Glue Guns, purchased since August 1988, have been asked to return them to Rawplug for an immediate cash refund.
There is a possibility of an electrical fault arising in some models and we must therefore advise you not to use them.
The glue gun should be parcelled up with the purchasers name and address and purchase price of gun, and sent to Customer Care Desk, Freepost, Dept. No. 1171, Winterhill, Milton Keynes, MK6 1HW. No stamp is required.
