WARNING: IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
To all Trium Mars and Trium Eclipse mobile phone owners
We have identified a problem with some batches of chargers supplied with these models of mobile phones. The top casing of the charger may separate from the 3-pin base when being pulled out of a mains socket. This could expose live contacts with the risk of an electric shock.
The faulty chargers are identifiable as being "MADE IN PHILIPPINES" and with MODEL: TA3061-UK clearly shown on the label. Only chargers with a serial number commencing "0105......" or higher are affected by the safety notice.
If you have one of these chargers please take the following action:
1. Stop using the charger
2. Call our CUSTOMER CARE LINE for a free replacement charger (Be ready to state the charger's serial number when you phone.)
A new charger will be sent to you. A pre-paid envelope will also be provided for you to return your faulty charger.
