Breville Health Grill - Model No. HG4
Our regular I incoming quality control inspection has identified a problem with the HG4 Health Grill, where insulation breakdown within the chrome lid could result in electric shock.
This ONLY applies to the Breville Health Grill (Model No. HG4) which has been on sale since July 2001.
The product model number (HG4) is on the foil rating label on the base of the unit. Date codes of affected products are 0120 through to 0134.
If you own the above product you should:
* Disconnect from the electricity supply immediately.
* Contact our Customer Service line to check whether your product is affected and, if so, details of how to return it and obtain a free replacement product.
