Kill Weed

We want to ensure the Kill Weed is disposed of safely and responsibly, so we would ask you to return it to us free of charge via the Post Office, (if possible please obtain proof of postage) using your personal Returns Label www.coopersofstortford.co.uk/killweed

We will refund you the cost of the Kill Weed. Therefore, please follow these simple steps:

If you have already attached a gas canister, please unscrew and remove the canister from the Kill Weed. Unscrew the canister in a ventilated area, keep away from naked flames. If you are unsure how to do this please refer to your instructions or visit www.coopersofstortford.co.uk/killweed

Package up the Kill Weed only (as per image 1 above) – do not worry if you no longer have the original packaging, just wrap securely.

Check and make sure you have not included your gas canister in the package. You must not send the gas canister to us.

Attach your personal Returns Label to the Kill Weed package (this is important as on receipt this will enable us to process your Kill Weed refund quickly and efficiently)

Please post back to us via your local Post Office – please note you do not have to pay to return this item. If you do experience any problems with your return please call our customer services team on 0330 331 0300.
