Philips Fan Heaters
Models HD3349 and HD3350
We have discovered that in certain circumstances, some of these fan heaters could malfunction and cause a safety hazard.
If you have purchased a Philips fan heater this year please check the model number and the batch number which will be found on the base of the fan heater (see example below).
If the batch number is 9548 or lower, stop using the fan heater immediately and return it to the place of purchase for either a full refund or a replacement. In the event of problems please phone 020 8689 2166 x8014.
Fan heaters with a batch number higher than 9548 or any other Philips fan heater are not affected.
