As part of some routine testing on a small number of samples we have discovered a fault with the safety cut out switch on the handle. Whilst this problem is not applicable to all ovens we have taken the precaution of recalling all lids supplied after 01/06/2008. Rather than asking for these to be returned, we will send you a new replacement lid.
We are currently undertaking investigations into this issue and recalling the products. This action is to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
