Further to ongoing quality control testing we have identified that in a limited number of cases, a potential component fault in the battery pack may cause it to overheat.

We would advise customers who have purchased this model of portable DVD player to check the serial number. If the serial number matches the ones listed above, we advise you to disconnect the DVD player immediately and to stop using it with the existing battery pack.

Model and serial numbers are located on the base of the unit.

Please call our freephone helpline on 0800 923 0091 as soon as possible and we will arrange to have your battery pack exchanged.
