IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE - Product recall

THIS NOTICE ONLY APPLIES TO SOME OF THE CUSTOMERS WHO WERE RECENTLY SENT A FREE CORDLESS ELECTRIC KETTLE WITH THEIR ORDER.

If your kettle is without the steel mesh in the lid please read the information below.

If your kettle has the steel mesh then this notice does not apply to you and we are sorry for troubling you.

We apply rigorous quality and safety control checks to our products and these were applied in sourcing the above item. However, it has been brought to our attention that there may be a defect with a small number of the kettles made by a particular manufacturer. The defect is potentially serious and could result in the kettle melting.

If you have the kettle model number AD0289 (model number is printed on a label located on the base of the kettle) you must stop using the kettle immediately and put it to one side.

We ask you to then contact us only on the FREEPHONE Number 0800 096 6777 and advise us of your name, address and 9 digit Customer Reference Number. We will then send you written advice detailing how to return the kettle.

PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR NORMAL RETURNS METHOD.
